问题描述：
Server版本：v1.4.0-release
Agent版本与部署方式：v1.4.0-release Ubuntu Docker部署
手机型号与系统版本：
截图：
进入容器，发现这个plugins目录的权限已经是777
但日志提示启动ios-bridge失败
相关日志：
2022-07-27 05:58:30.614 - INFO 1 --- [main] o.cloud.sonic.agent.bridge.ios.SibTool : Start sonic-ios-bridge failed! Please use [chmod -R 777 /root/plugins], if still failed, you can try with [sudo]
求大佬帮忙看看可能是啥原因
