问题描述：windows环境下agent-1.4.0.release 运行过程中，cmd窗口出现OutOfMemoryError，关闭窗口重新启动jar包后恢复正常
Server版本：agent-1.4.0.release
Agent版本与部署方式：windows环境下agent-1.4.0.release （jar包方式启动，agent服务距上次启动大概有34天）
手机型号与系统版本：android 8+、 windows 10
